In addition to her gutsy, "do-anything-for-the-perfect-shot" approach to event photography, Patricia possesses a unique ability to reveal the essence of her subjects' personalities in her photographs. Her rapport with relative strangers springs from her sincerity and sense of humor. Patricia has a knack for understanding what her clients want, even if they aren't able to articulate a detailed aesthetic.

There's a deep, psychological element to photography that appeals to me. I enjoy portraiture and wedding photography because I am able to capture people in ways that they are unable to see on their own. It's like telling someone 'you're brilliant,' and then showing that person the "proof" on film. I will consider myself very lucky if I can continue to chronicle people and their celebrations for the rest of my life.   --PATRICIA
